Alternate Meal Request for Gala Dinner

Kelvin 100th Gala Dinner, Saturday, May 26, 2012

The dinner selected for the evening is:

Roast Marinated Filet of Beef with Madeira Sauce with soup, salad, vegetables and desert.

The Vegetarian meal is:

Grilled Balsamic vegetables and Cheese Galatte with mushrooms, asparagus, peppers and onions.

If you need to change your dinner menu because of dietary restrictions or allergies:

Please email Margot Christie (chair: dinner) at mchristie@mts.net and give the following information:

  • Name (First, Last);
  • Decade of graduation, or grad year;
  • Dietary Restrictions or;
  • Allergies.

Please note the main substitute for the dinner is the Vegetarian meal as described above. If you need something else, email me and I will contact you (a phone number is easiest).
